The BLCB-X range of blast chillers is widely used in professional kitchens when food needs to be cooled rapidly and hygienically. Using blast chillers for chilling or freezing retains the colour, texture and taste of the food. Core temperature sensors included. Choose one of the pre-set programs or create your own on the easy-to-use touchscreen controller. Available in different sizes, all made in high-quality SS304 stainless steel and dimensioned for GN and Euronorm sizes (placed lengthwise).
