No Goods may be returned without prior written authorisation from Ref-Sol Ltd.

Approved returns may be subject to a reasonable restocking charge, which will be confirmed at the time of authorisation. This will not apply where:

• Goods are faulty
• Goods are incorrect due to our error

Returned Goods must:

• Be unused and in original packaging
• Be in a resalable condition
