The Mirabella is designed to hold the ice cream as high as possible in the display giving the easiest view of the product to the customer. Traditional scooping units hold the ice cream further down within the cabinet making it harder (especially for children) to see the ice cream. It also ensures the ice cream is visible from further away, helping to draw customers in. Maximise sales and profits by maximising your display.
