Description
The stainless steel units of the EVO range feature 4-tier patisserie display cabinets designed to beautifully showcase cakes and desserts. These cabinets boast individually illuminated glass shelves to enhance presentation. Fully automated fan-assisted cooling guarantees consistent cooling throughout the cabinet. Adjustable feet ensure stability, and the curved front glass hinges forward for easy cleaning. The pre-built glass design allows quick installation. An interior light with a switch offers optimal illumination, and the digital controller with a temperature display ensures precise control.
