VDI 6022 Certification Mark
Certification of a HVAC system under VDI 6022 guarantees that the system fulfills the market’s strictest hygiene requirements. Panasonic nanoe™ X technology received VDI6022 certification mark after rigorous testing.
VDI 6022 – Part 5 Certification ‘Avoidance of allergenic exposure’
Inhibits a wide range of harmful bacteria, viruses, mould, pollen and allergens.
Panasonic nanoe™ X technology has, after rigorous testing in the strictest test conditions, been awarded VDI6022 certification, which guarantees the highest level of effectiveness against exposure to common allergens such as Pollen, mould, and many common pet allergens present within indoor spaces.
* Certification mark of part 5 is only valid for Generator Mark 3.
 a.Pollen. b. Mould. c. Allergens
VDI 6022 – Part 1 & 1.1 Certification ‘Ventilation and indoor-air quality’
Panasonic nanoe™ X technology improving indoor air quality.
Panasonic nanoe™ X technology has been tried and tested for over 20 years and is proven to inhibit a wide range of harmful bacteria, viruses, mould, pollen and allergens.
* Certification mark of part 1 is only valid for Generator Mark 3. Certification mark of part 1.1 is only valid for Generator Mark 2 and Mark 3.
Inhibits airborne & adhered mould activity
Various types of airborne mould 1) and even adhered mould 2) found indoors can be reached and inhibited by nanoe™ X.

8 varieties of household mould are inhibited
Major types of mould found in house dust:
Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Alternaria, Fusarium, Penicillium, Eurotium.
Mould found in bathrooms:
Stachybotrys 3).

Mould found in soil:
Mucor (taking into account airborne transfer of mould from soil into the home environment) 4).
Adhered moulds: 1. Without nanoe™ X / 2. With nanoe™ X

Effects on moulds

How nanoe™ X works

1) Testing organisation: Japan Food Research Laboratories. Testing method: Measured the amount of mould inhibited in an approximately 23m³ sized test chamber. Inhibition method: nanoe™ released. Target substance: Airborne mould. Test result: Inhibited by at least 99% in 1 hour (205061541-001).

2) Testing organisation: Japan Food Research Laboratories. Testing method: Measured mould adhered to a cloth. Inhibition method: nanoe™ released. Target substance: Adhered mould. Test result: Inhibited by at least 99,5% in 8 hours (11038081001-02).

4) Kosuke Takatori, 2002 (Mould Inspection Manual Colour Illustrated Catalogue) p. 44-45 TECHNO SYSTEMS, Inc.

Results may vary based on usage, and seasonal and environmental variables (temperature and humidity). nanoe™ X and nanoe™ inhibit activity or growth of Mould, but do not prevent infection.
